I really need advice/help with something; thanx?

I'm writing a thesis (diploma). It's about two novels (A and B), written in the light of another novel (C) with the universal theme of love. It's about character portrayal (one character from A, another from B), and their search for love. So, my question is, as an introduction in each chapter of my thesis, can I start with C, and then discuss character A, and then B. Can the short introduction in each chapter be just about C (later of course I apply each character to this idea). ThanxI really need advice/help with something; thanx?
I don't see any reason why your thesis shouldn't be written that way - go ahead
