My 3 week old baby has colic. Any advice on how to help soothe her?

I wouldn't say she has it too bad, but for a couple of hours every night we have a bit of a nightmare with her. We have tried Infacol, is there anything else we can try?

ThanksMy 3 week old baby has colic. Any advice on how to help soothe her?
My son had colic for 13 weeks and he had it really bad, we tried all sorts of over the counter remedies. coleif gave some Relief for him but you just have to let it run its course im afraid!! walk up and down with her and give her a warm bath and rub her back and tummy, or try to lay her on your bed on her tummy with her knees up and rub her back,

Good Luck and congrats on new baby!My 3 week old baby has colic. Any advice on how to help soothe her?
Yes. Go to the store and get some dried whole bay leaf. Take 1 leaf and boil it in water, made like a tea. After the water cools, pour it into a couple of your bottles. When she starts getting colic give her a bottle of the bay leaf water warmed up. She'll belch and fart. Old remedy that works, is very safe and has been used for years. I used it for all 3 of mine and babies were relieved. I found out about it from my best friend when she had her 4 babies.

For constipation, boil some water and stir in a tablespoon of white Karo syrup. Pour in bottle when cooler. They love the taste and it will help them with bowel movements.
Milicone is really good and safe for the newest of newborns and you can also try laying her on a real soft blanket and use a lavender baby oil to give her a little baby massage concentrating on her tummy! It works for me and also helps them to sleep well through the night.
my cousin was like that what did with him was. wrap him up in a blanket a little tightly so he would of think he was in the belly. or give him warm soothing baths with a johnson soap all babys are the not the same it might work but good luck i know wat you going threw.
This may sound silly but a dummy really helped my daughter, all the sucking often encouraged her to burp, dont know the science behind it but it worked. Worth a try.
I use colief and it really does work but its expensive

You can get it on prescription from your GP but it really did help my baby
with my son we tried everything they sold and nothing worked so I gave him warm water with a tiny bit of sugar in it solved the problem right away. it was such tiny amounts it didnt harm him.
have you tried a pacifier? just to note for breastfed babies don't use an ordinary pacifier, use an orthodontic one.
i used dr browns bottles they cost a bit more at boots but they are worth it in the end they work a treat
have u tryed gripe water? it worked for both my sons and alot cheaper than infocol
