Company keeps some certain law for women - as sexualll harassment under some act which is approved by the govt itself.
on a different note, if the boss is offering dis kind of offer so, advice her not to do dis bcz it is not only money she shud look for but also for her self respect.
lodge complaint against him in d office itself, and company wud follow a suitable procedure tat wud b confidential..

She is not at all fit for overseas recruitment, It seams the person the immediate boss has uses his power to send her to the other country, this is the royalty charges he is asking, If it is not said earlier to this girl, or the girl may have uses his good gesture as if she will do what ever the Boss says to make it done, but the the boss is boss, the master of give and take, now the girl is caught. So tell her to ignore this job.
If the above statement is not correct, the boss will be in problem whithout sending her to the said country.
Just wait and see.
If that is so, she needs to go immediately to his superior and also file a report.. keep everything he said written down.. make an incident report and take it to the highest boss of the company.. and tell him what is going on and tell other co workers.. if she has a witness that would be a good thing... She needs to report this.. to the highest superior at her workplace.. which is the boss of the guy who is harrassing her .. if no steps will be taken she has to take it to court.. if she is under age 17.. she needs to ask her parents for help... if there is a union at the workplace she also has to bring that up at the union and she should definitely tell the highest boss.. she doesn't want to work the same shifts as this guy who is sexually harrassing her.. and go work day shifts.. and she should be looking out for a new job and leave there as soon as she got a new job.. and ask the superior boss for a reference.. if a ''boss'' blackmails an employee and uses sexual harrassment.. he should by rights lose his job.. without any reference.. he should go to court...she defininitely needs to talk to someone who is higher up in authority then this guy.. he is doing criminal stuff with blackmail and sexual harrassment.. she has to be brave enough to go to the highest boss and also make a complaint at the police .. she should tell the other boss.. she is going to talk to that she changed her mind.. that she wants to work days and that she is being blackmailed and sexually harrassed and he has to do something otherwise she has to take the harrasser to court..
Its India and that bustard will get scared if you take some people with you. Tell that girl not to worry and try gathering some people ( Give them only half the knowledge ) and then take them to that ******* idiots office. Beat him up and then take the paper back ( thats the way you should live in todays world...) OR ELSE THE BETTER WAY IS THE MEDIA , LET THE NEWS REPORTERS KNOW ABOUT THIS..... that person would get beaten up by thousands including his wife........ If you want to keep it private then tell that girl to have some self respect and tell her to go to that mans wife or children or parents and then complain to them ( Its a better way ) Let her learn some acting skills so that she can cry
In America, keeping one's personal documents and using them for personal gain is called ';extortion';. I do not know what it is called where you live, but you can call your country's embassy and file a formal complaint.
Besides witness, you also need proof. You need to record her being molested. Or get her to confess. Just go to the nearest police station with proof. Get her to come with you as well.
Your friend can lodge the complaint to the police and it is culpable offence under ipc. Even sexual assault outside the office is counted as harrassment at office.
Indian Government has defined a special law for sexual harassment, you may report it to the nearest police station immediately.

In the US we go to the HR department of the company we work at....sexual harassment is not tolerated here.
she should register the complaint in woman cell or special police station for woman with some proof.
get proper witness and take legal action.dont leave them.
